It is important for us that you be satisfied and happy with all the awesome products of your purchase.
We allow you to return an item within 15 days after your purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit.
Please contact us as soon as you decide to return an order by email at email@example.com, we are going to provide you with a solution. Any item not in its original condition (unused and unopened), damaged or with missing parts can’t be credited. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the approval is done, you will receive a store credit for the amount you have paid, excluding the shipping costs for returning the item to us that have to be covered by you.
